1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JigyasaHub's website, courses, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services Provided

JigyasaHub is an online and offline learning platform offering courses in Computer Skills, Digital Marketing, Tally & GST, Spoken English, MS Office, Graphic Design, and GeM Portal Training. We provide:

• Online recorded and live classes
• Offline classes at our Kalyan Puri, Delhi institute
• Course completion certificates
• GeM registration assistance (in applicable packages)

3. Enrollment & Payment

• Course fees are displayed on each course page and are subject to change.
• Payment must be completed before accessing course content.
• We accept online payments via Razorpay (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets) and cash/UPI at our institute.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment verification.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. Our refund policy is:

• Within 3 days of enrollment: Full refund available if no class has been attended or no content accessed.
• After 3 days: No refund will be issued.
• For GeM Training packages, refund requests must be submitted before the first session begins.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• Course content (videos, notes, materials) is for personal use only — sharing or reselling is prohibited.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• Disruptive behavior in online/offline classes may result in account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, study notes, and branding on this platform are the intellectual property of JigyasaHub. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Certificate

A course completion certificate will be issued upon successfully completing all modules and any required assessments. JigyasaHub certificates are recognized within our network and industry but are not government-issued certifications unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

JigyasaHub provides educational training in good faith. We do not guarantee specific job placements or income outcomes. Our liability is limited to the course fee paid by the student.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
